摘　　要： 基本公共服务均等化是当代公共行政研究中的一个热点问题,也是政府改革和构建和谐社会的一个重要突破口。从政治哲学的角度审视基本公共服务均等化的理论价值和现实状况,可以切实把握基本公共服务均等化的政治意蕴,深刻阐释当前基本公共服务不均等的现实困境。在此基础上,秉持基本公共服务均等化的政治哲学理念,探索实现基本公共服务均等化的实现路径具有重要的方法论意义。 Equalization in basic public services is not only the hot issue in the study of modern public administration, but also one of the most important factors in reforming the government and establishing a socialist harmonious society of our country. Examining the theoretical value and the actual situation of equalization in basic public services from the political philosophy perspective, can help us take a firm hold of its political implications, and profoundly explain inequality of the current basic public services. Maintaining the political philosophy of equalization in basic public services has significance to explore its development path.
