摘　　要： 本文以秦皇岛市建设宜居城市为例,阐述了宜居城市在哲学、经济、文化、社会、环境、生活、规划设计等层次的内涵,分析了秦皇岛市建设宜居城市的优势,根据秦皇岛市的城市特点和实际情况,探讨了在科学规划、基础建设、产业调整、生态安全、环境保护等方面的建设措施。 Taking Qinhuangdao as an example to build the suitable city for living,this paper explains the essence of the livable city on the aspects of philosophy,economy,culture,society,ecology,living and planning.It analyzes the advantage of the livable city building in Qinhuangdao and discusses the measures in the scientific planning,infrastructure,industrial adjustment,ecological security and environmental protection based on the characteristics of the actual situation in Qinhuangdao.
