摘　　要： 高校班主任是本班学生的直接教育者、组织者和指导者。从高校新生的特点出发,叙述了高校班主任的重要性及班主任应具备的基本素质和能力,提出了做好当代大一新生班主任工作的一些措施。 The class adviser of university is the direct educator, organizer and instructor ot the students of his class. Starting from the features of the freshmen, this paper expounds the importance of university＇ s class adviser and the basic qualities and abilities that the class adviser should have, and puts forward ＇some measures for doing well the job of class adviser for today＇ s freshman.
