摘　　要： 采用改良后的平皿内挖洞法,选择五倍子、黄芩、野菊等18种中草药对来源于患"腹水症"的斑点叉尾鮰肝脏的1株嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonas hydrophila)进行了体外抑菌试验。在此基础上,按照中兽医方剂配伍的特点初步筛选了9种中草药组成4个复方(A、B、C、D),并进行了体外抑菌试验。结果表明该病原菌对五倍子、地锦草、大黄、乌梅、黄芩、紫花地丁较敏感,其中五倍子的抑菌效果较显著,抑菌圈直径大于20mm;4个复方均具有较好的抑菌作用,其中复方A(五倍子、金银花、黄芩等)的抑菌效果最好。 One pathogenic Aeromonas hydrophila was selected from the liver of lctalurus Punctatus. The sensitive test of 18 Chinese medicinal herbs（ such as Rhus chinesis, Scutellaria baicalensis, Chrysathemum morifolium）were carried out with the improved way of stiletto. On the base of the sensitive test , 4 compound prescriptions （ A - D） consist of 9 Chinese medicinal herbs according to the compatible character of chinese veterinary prescription. The Susceptibility test of the 4 compound prescriptions were tested through the same way. The results indicated that Rhus chinesis, Euphorbia maculata L. , Pheum officinale, Prunusmume S. et Z. , Scutellaria baicalensis, Viola yedoensis have high sensitivity to pathogenic Aeromonas hydrophila. The inhibitory effect of Rhus chinesis is significant. All compound prescriptions can restrain the available growth of Aeromonas hydrophila . The diameter of inhibition zone is more than 20mm. The inhibitory effect of A compound prescriptions is better than any of the single herbs.
