摘 要: 从传统的课堂讲授教学与PBL教学的不同点入手,提出教学活动中应以学生的学习为主体,培养学生学习的能力和临床实际问题的解决能力应是医学生教学活动的最终目标。概述了PBL教学方法在《伤寒学》教学中的应用,存在的问题和拟解决的方法。 the article pointed out that learning of students should be main body in teaching and cultivate the students learning ability and clinical practical problems resolution ability were final objective in medical student teaching on the basis of difference between traditional teaching in class and PBL. The article reviews the PBL method application in Theory on Exogenous Febrile Disease teaching, existing problem and resolution method.
