摘　　要： 高校学报是高校教师与科研人员的一块重要的学术阵地,它既可展现高校教师与科研人员的学术成果,又对高校教学与科研起着极其积极的推动作用和深化作用。二者密切相关,相辅相成,具有作用和反作用的辩证统一的关系。 Journals of colleges and universities are important academic positions of college or university teachers and scientific researchers, which can not only show academic achievements of the teachers and researchers, but also play an extremely active role in deepening and promoting the teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities. The two are closely related and complementary one another, with dialectical unification relation of action and reaction.
