摘 要: 对三种掺入量纳米碳黑(33nm)的水泥基复合材料的压敏性进行了试验研究。结果表明纳米碳黑可以改善水泥基材料的导电性能,纳米碳黑水泥基复合材料的电阻率与材料所受应力之间存在良好的对应关系,材料的电阻相对变化率R/R0随应力σ增大而减小,并且,在经过预压之后纳米碳黑水泥基复合材料的压敏性呈现良好的稳定性。 Study on pressure sensitivity of cement-based composites with three different contents of nanosized carbon black(NCB) have been carried out. Results show that nano-sized carbon black(NCB) can improve the conductivity of cement-based composites, and the resistivities of composites have a well corresponding relationship with stress, the relative change in resistance R/Ro decreases with the increase of the stress σ, while increases with the decrease of stress σ, and cement-based composites with nanosized carbon black(NCB) presents a good stability properties of pressure sensitivity after pre-pressure.
