摘 要: 原料、加工前的保存、加工工艺、加工后贮藏、鱼粉掺假等因素都可影响鱼粉的质量;鱼粉品质可通过颜色、气味、质地、新鲜度、发热程度、结块等方面进行判断;鱼粉质量的简易检测主要通过物理、化学和显微镜检测等方法进行。 Raw materials ,reservation before processing,process technology,storage after process and the miscellaneous can influence the quality of fishmeal;the quality of fishmeal is determined by sensory mainly through color,texture, degree of verdure,pyrexia and agglomeration.The measurement of fishmeal quality are done mainly through physical, chemical and microscopic methods.
