摘　　要： 为适应现代油菜籽加工技术对前处理工艺的要求，在比较研究传统种子脱壳技术的基础上，研制出动、定齿辗搓法破壳、悬浮床与振动淌筛相结合分离破壳混合物等一套新的油菜籽脱壳工艺和设备试验证明此技术效果良好。 In this paper, research with rapeseed hulling technology is presented. By thoroughly studying the technique of oilseed shelling, this studying adopt the way of rotating-stating disk-rubbing technology to hull rapeseed, then separate the main contents from broken mixture. The authors designed and fixed a set of husk apparatus and made a lot of experiments on rapeseed hulling with rate of hulled kernel and powder (under 20 sieve) as two index. As a result, this research lay a first foundation for rapeseed procession as a pre-procession technique. The technology can improve plant-oil quality, and giving lots of new way to make oilseed-pastry useful.
