摘　　要： 反胶团萃取分离技术是一种新型的、有发展前景的蛋白分离技术。本文对反胶团的各种影响因素以及目前的开发应用状况等多方面进行综述,提出了反胶团技术目前存在的问题,并对其应用前景作了展望。 The reverse micelles extraction is a novel separation technology with prospect for separating bioproduct.The article introduced the influence factors of reverse micelle on protein extraction and application of reverse micelles.In the end,the existing problems and the application prospect were discussed.
