摘　　要： 论述了海洋石油钻采中使用的一种大直径、大螺距、高压密封螺纹套管产品的设计与制造问题。给出了该螺纹套管的设计思路、参数计算方法与计算结果,分析了制造装备与专用刀具量具的配备问题。 It discusses the design and manufacture characteristic of the hight pressure seal thread socket with large diameter and big pitch used in sea crude oil well drilling. The design thinking,parameters calculation method and calculating results for manufacturing this kind of socket are presented. The manufacture equipments ,special tools and gauges used in manufacturing the socket are discussed.
