速生杨NaOH-AQ浆短程序漂白

摘  要: 对速生杨NaOH-AQ浆进行了短程序漂白,并优化了漂白工艺条件。结果表明,HDD漂白程序在H段NaClO用量6%,D1段ClO2用量0.8%,D2段ClO2用量0.6%时漂白浆白度达81.7%ISO。HDED漂白程序在H段NaClO用量6%,D1段和D2段ClO2用量均为0.8%时漂白效果较好,漂白浆白度为85.5%ISO。H/DED漂白程序在H/D段NaClO用量6%,ClO2用量0.6%,D段ClO2用量0.8%时可将速生杨NaOH-AQ浆漂至85.0%ISO以上。三种漂白程序中H/DED优于HDD和HDED漂序,优化的H/DEPD三段漂序漂白可获得87.0%ISO以上的高白度。 The NaOH-AQ pulp of fast-growing poplar was bleached in short sequence process, and bleaching conditions were optimized. The results showed that the brightness of bleached pulp can reach 81.7%ISO when available chlorine dosage of H stage is 6%, and ClO2 dosage of D1 and D2 stage 0.8% and 0.6% respectively in HDD sequence. The best bleaching effect is obtained, and the brightness of bleached pulp is 85.5%ISO when available chlorine dosage of H stage is 6%, ClO2 dosage of D1 and D2 stage respectively 0.8% in HDED sequence. The brightness of bleached pulp reaches 85%ISO and even more when available chlorine dosage and ClO2 dosage of H/D stage are respectively 6% and 0.6%, and ClO2 dosage of D stage 0.8% in H/DED sequence. The bleaching effects of H/DED sequence is better than that of HDD and HDED sequences, and the NaOH-AQ poplar pulp can be bleached to a brightness of above 87%ISO in H/DEPD sequence.
