摘 要: 研究了低温胁迫对白菜抗氧化相关生理特性的影响。结果表明:无论萌动种子还是幼苗低温处理都使植株叶片的POD和SOD活性降低,而MDA含量和游离脯氨酸含量升高。 Researched the effects of low temperature on antioxidant physiological characteristics. The results showed that the content of MDA and praline increased, whereas the POD activity and the SOD activity decreased in both germinating seeds and seedlings after chilling stress.
