摘 要: 建立反相高效液相色谱同时测定豆奶粉中雌二醇、雌酮、己烯雌酚三种环境雌激素的方法。样品用石油醚脱去油脂,乙腈做萃取剂,Diamonsil C18柱,55%乙腈-水做流动相,检测波长230nm。在0.02~50mg/L范围内,线性相关系数均达0.9999,最低检出浓度分别为0.05、0.02、0.02mg/L,回收率范围在85.59%-106.29%,相对标准偏差为2.0%~4.8%。 HPLC method for the determination of estradiol, estrone and diethylstilbestrol in soy milk powder was established. The grease in sample was removed by petroleum ether. Acetonitrile was used as extraction agent. Diamonsil C18 column was used. Mobil phase was 55% acetonitrile-water. The wavelength of detector was set at 230 nm. In the range of 0.02 - 50 mg/L, the linear correlation coefficient was 0. 9999, the minimal concentration detected were 0.05, 0.02 mg/L and, 0.02 mg/L respectively, the recovery rate was around 85.59% - 106.29% and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2.0 % -4.8%.
