摘 要: 以水中铜离子(Cu2+)浓度分别为0.03、0.05、0.10、0.18、0.32mg/L对鲤(Cyprinuscarpio)进行5周的染毒试验,研究血液生化指标的变化。结果表明,随着Cu2+浓度的增加和试验时间的延长,中毒鲤血液红细胞数和血红蛋白数量逐渐减少,血浆超氧化物歧化酶、铜兰蛋白、碱性磷酸酶活性逐渐降低,谷丙转氨酶活性逐渐升高。试验组的各项指标与对照组存在显著差异(P<0.05)或极显著差异(P<0.01)。 The haematological changes had been studied in common carp ( Cyprinus carpio) by subacute toxicity of copper. The period of test lasted 5 weeks, with copper concentrations of 0.03 mg/L, 0.05 mg/L, 0.10 mg/L, 0. 18 mg/L, 0.32 mg/L. The results showed that the number of red blood cell, hemoglobin concentration, the activities of serum superoxide dismutase, ceruloplasmin and alkaline phosphatase in the poisoned carps dropped gradually, While the activity of serum glutamic - pyruvic transaminase rised gradually during the development of the test. There were significant differences between experimental groups and the control.
