山羊内毒素休克诱发脂质过氧化作用及山莨菪碱对其影响的研究

摘  要: 本文将30头杂交山羊分成3组,第1组(n=6)为对照组,第2组(n=12)静注大肠杆菌内毒素复制休克模型,第3组(n=12)在第2组基础上提前10min静注山莨菪碱注射液,检测12h内不同时间血清丙二醛(MDA)含量、总SOD、Mn-SOD、CuZn-SOD、CAT和血液GSH-Px活性。结果表明:第2组血清MDA含量明显增加(P<0.01),血清T-SOD、Mn-SOD、CuZn-SOD、GSH-Px、CAT活性均显著降低(P<0.01),而第3组血清MDA含量虽比第1组增加,至7h后则无显著差异,并与第2组差异明显(P<0.01),各类抗氧化酶的活性比第2组下降幅值明显减小。提示脂质过氧化损伤在内毒素休克发生发展中起一定作用,应用654-2可降低脂质过氧化作用而有效地保护细胞功能和结构正常。 hirty hybrid goats were randomly divided into three groupsGroup Ⅰ (n=6) was the normal controlThe goats of group Ⅱ (n=12) were intravenously injected with Ecoli endotoxin as an endotoxin shock modelThe goats of group Ⅲ (n=12) were intravenously injected with anisodamine 10 minute before endotoxin injectionThe serum MDA contents,total SOD,CuZnSOD,MnSOD,catalase and GSHPx activities were examined at different timesThe results showed that serum MDA contents of group Ⅱ significantly (P<001) increased and activities of serum total SOD,MnSOD,CuZnSOD,catalase and blood GSHPx markedly (P<001) decreased after endotoxin injectionSerum MDA contents of group Ⅲ increased in comparison with group Ⅰ,however,there was no significant difference after seven hoursThe activities of antioxidant enzymes of group Ⅲ lowered less than those of group ⅡThe experimental results indicated that lipid perioxidation played a certain role in tissue injury of endotoxic shock of goatsThe anisodamine could reduce the lipid peroxidation and effectively protect cell functions and structure
