摘 要: 组织智力是组织在基本智力和情绪智力方面表现出的综合智力。本文介绍了组织智力概念内涵、构成因素、发展过程等方面的国内外研究现状,并指出进行组织智力研究的价值主要在于其对组织创新和组织绩效等方面的贡献。分析了以往研究中存在的问题以及今后研究的方向。 Organizational intelligence (OI) is the synthetic embodiment of basic intelligence and emotional intelligence in a whole organization. This article introduced domestic and foreign researches about the conception, components, developing process of OI. Moreover, this article indicated that the researches about OI can mainly dedicate to organizational innovation and organizational performance. In the end, this article analyzed some problems in these researches and directions in the future.
