摘 要: 沈钧儒一生致力教育,以多种身份、多种方式推动教育事业的发展,取得了显著成效。他的教育实践的进步特点为:坚持教育救国;坚持民主办学;坚持以学生为受益主体;坚持公益办学,坚持专家办学。他的进步教育思想主要有:爱国救亡的教育思想;民主宪政教育的思想;人人平等的教育思想;德智体全面发展的教育思想;实践出真知的教育思想。他是中国近代爱国民主教育家。 Shen Junru had devoted his whole life to education. He had promoted education in different positions and different ways and achieved remarkable progress. His education practice could be summarized as following: education as a way to save the nation, non - public education, students as the beneficiary, education as a non - profit under- taking and experts as the main body of the teachers. In addition, his education thoughts could be generalized as educa- tion as a way of saving the nation, ideas of democracy, equality, development in an all around way, and genuine knowledge from practice. Shen Junru was a patriotic democratic educator in Chinese modern history.
