摘 要: 分别在长9m、内径0.14m与长12m、内径0.14m配有特殊喷雾和喷粉系统的大型水平燃烧管中,对戊烷气云与铝粉粉尘的燃烧加速诱导激波现象进行了实验研究,其结果反映了气云与粉尘悬浮流火焰在管内的传播规律。基于双流体模型,利用分裂格式、MacCormack格式及TVD格式对两相反应流的基本方程进行了数值求解,计算结果与实验结果较为吻合。 A 9 meter long, 0.14 meter inner diameter and a 12 meter long, 0.14 meter inner diameter horizontal tube equipped with special spraying systems and dust dispersion systems were used to study the shock wave induced by flame acceleration of pentane vapor and aluminum dust suspension flow. The experimental results showed the acceleration process of turbulent flame in the tube. Based on the two medium model, the splitting scheme, MacCormack scheme and TVD scheme were used to solve the foundation governing equations of the two phase reaction flow. The computed results agreed well with the experimental results.
