摘　　要： 为了解决当前研究生素养教育过程中思想政治工作存在的问题,根据多年从事研究生一线思想政治教育工作的经验,采用理论与实践相结合的论述方式,从思想政治教育的重要性以及加强素质教育的措施等不同方面进行了较为深入的阐述,对于高校研究生思想政治教育工作者引导和加强研究生整体素质具有一定的理论参考价值。 In order to solve the problem existing in ideological and political work in process of postgraduate education for all--around development,the authors adopt the way of combining theory with practice, according to the experience in postgraduate ideological and political work for many years. The significance of ideological and political work and the methods in order to enhance education for all--around development are expounded,It has certain theory reference value for the teachers of postgraduate ideolog- ical and political work.
