摘　　要： 技术创新与观念更新不是彼此分离的,而是相互作用、共生互动与系统整合的。技术创新是观念更新的基石和手段,观念更新为技术创新提供了精神动力、智力支持及适应的环境。技术创新与观念更新整合互动的同时,也与创新系统的其他子系统发生相互作用。技术创新与观念更新的系统整合,对促进经济发展具有重要的意义。 Technological innovation and idea renewal are not detached and separated from each other, on the contrary, the）, are symbiotic, interactive and integrate with each other. Technical innovation is the cornerstone and means of idea renewal, on the other hand, idea renewal provides ideological impulse, intelleelual support and proper environment for technical innovation. Tile integration and interaction of technical innovation and ideological renovation are also interacting with other subsystem of the renovation system. The integration of technical innovation with ideological renovation has great importance in all round social progress.
