摘　　要： SiC陶瓷材料因其具有良好的耐磨、耐高温、耐腐蚀等优异的特性,被广泛应用航空航天、机械、化工等行业。鉴于此,采用干压结合冷等静压的成型,通过无压烧结的方法,成功的研制了在高温、高腐蚀环境下所使用阀门的密封件—阀芯。 silicon carbide ceramic（SiC） has been large applicated such as aeroplane,mechanics and chemical engineering etc due to its wear resistance, corrosion resistance and higher temparature resistance. Therefore,this picture preparated valve disk of silicon carbide ceramic which was applicated in special condition. Production was made into by a method of which is dry pressing with cold isostatic pressing and then presureless sintering.
