摘 要: EPS保温砂浆是以聚苯乙烯泡沫颗粒作为主要轻骨料,配以适量高聚物黏结剂、减水剂、增塑剂和有机纤维配制而成的节能材料。主要研究了各种原料及聚合物、外加剂和纤维的掺量及配合比对EPS保温砂浆的抗裂性能的影响,以改善其抗裂性能,使之能够避免出现裂纹和空鼓等情况。 EPS mortar uses polystyrene particles as the major light aggregate,added with appropriate polymer binder ,the water reducer,plasticizers and organic fiber preparation to form the energy-saving materials.The effect of a variety of raw materials and polymers, additives and the fiber content and mixture ratio of EPS mortar to the properties of anti-cracking is studied, and improving method of anti-crocking performance is proposed, so as to avoid a situation such as cracks and hollowing.
