摘　　要： 对金融期权和实物期权的联系与区别进行了深入分析,在实证调查的基础上比较了国内外实物期权的应用现状,指出我国与发达国家存在的巨大差距,并认为导致这种局面的原因是我国的研究者和管理者对实物期权的认识存在几个误区。只有校正对实物期权的错误认识,实物期权理论在中国的研究和应用才会蓬勃发展,才会使中国的企业更具竞争力。 The article firstly analyses the relation between financial options and real options. On the base of marketing investigate, we compare the present conditions with other countries, and think that the gap is very big about using real option in China compared to others countries. The causes to this result are that there are several mistaken cognizes about real option theory in our country. Only if we correct our mistaken cognizes, our companies could heighten their compete abilities in the new world.
