摘　　要： 介绍了我国食品检验检测体系的基本情况及存在问题,阐述了广东省食品安全形势及其检验检测体系的现状,提出了以农产品为重点完善广东省食品检验检测体系的措施。 This paper introduced the basic conditions and existing problems of food inspection and testing system in our country, summarized the food safety situation of Guangdong province, and the current conditions of food inspection and testing system in Guangdong province, at last proposed improvement countermeasures on how to improve the food inspection and testing system of Guangdong province emphasizing the agricultural products
