大型火力发电厂斜梁式卸煤沟构造研究

摘  要: 对卸煤沟原型进行1/10缩尺比例的钢筋混凝土模型试验。结果表明:侧壁对斜梁的嵌固作用较小,斜梁为弯型破坏,底板破坏时出现贯通裂缝。在此基础上提出:斜梁桥箍筋渐变或重叠布置以避免梁的两端剪力最大区无箍筋;宜在墙与梁相交处设置扶壁柱或暗柱;将侧壁和梁的连接处理成人工塑性铰更符合有抗扭约束的斜主梁可绕端横梁轴向自由转动的计算假定。 To study the failure mechanism of Coal Unloading Chute with Skew Beam, 1/10 scale rein- forced concrete mode has been preceded. The whole process from cracking to failure is studied. The experi- mental results show that the wall is not so much a fixed support to skew beam, the failure of skew beam is largely duo to movement, and there is a piece of crack along the bottom slab when it fails. Based on failure characteristic some detailing of Coal Unloading Chute with skew beam is brought forward. First, arrange the stirrup of skew beam gradually or overlapped to avoid the areas at both end of the beam without shear stirrups. Second, it is suitable to set up a counter fort retaining column or an integral column at the intersection of wall and beam. Third, make the link between the wall and skew beam an artificial plastic hinge so that the real working stage is more in line with the computation assumption that the torsional restraint has free rotation long the beam axial.
