摘　　要： 先秦时期是辩学发展的高峰时期,其中尤以后期墨家的"辩有胜"为主要代表。但庄子却以其"辩无胜"的反调,弹出了一组反对名辩思潮的不谐之音。庄子与后期墨家关于"辨无胜"与"辩有胜"的争论,具有多重理论内涵。文章试图运用西方实用主义、传统符合论的真理观为框架,阐述争论双方在理论上的所见所蔽,以期能从新的角度来重新认识和评价庄子"辩无胜"的深层蕴含。 The pre-Qin period was the prime time for the study of debate, with the theory of ＂Debates with Victory＂ of the late Mohist school as the representative. However, Zhuang Zi went against this theory and put forward ＂Debates with No Victory＂. The dispute between Zhuang Zi and the late Mohist school on ＂Debates with Victory＂ and ＂Debates with No Victory＂ had multiple theoretical connotations. Adopting the Western pragmatism and the traditional coincidental theory of truth as the framework, the article tries to analyze both the advantages and disadvantages of the two sides, so as to rediscover and reevaluate the deep meanings of Zhuang Zi＇s ＂Debates with No Victory＂ from a new point of view.
