摘 要: 概述了微量贵金属修饰的传统镍基催化剂对甲烷临氧自热重整反应中催化剂氧化、温度分布图和积炭的影响。微量贵金属的修饰有效抑制了镍颗粒在催化剂床层入口处的氧化,使沿催化剂床层的温度分布比较平缓。另外,即使在加压下也能有效地抑制积炭的形成。因此,微量贵金属修饰的镍基催化剂是甲烷临氧自热重整制合成气反应的优秀催化剂。 In this paper, we summarize the effect of addition of trace amount of noble metals to the conventional nickel catalyst on the catalyst oxidation, temperature profile and carbon deposition during the autothermal reforming reaction of methane. The small amount of the noble metal can effectively inhibit the oxidation of nickel particles in the catalyst bed inlet, resulting in a flat temperature profile along the catalyst bed. In addition, it is of great importance in the resistance to the carbon formation even under the pressurized conditions. Ni catalysts modified with trace noble metals are excellent catalysts for the autothermal reforming reaction of methane to produce synthesis gas.
