二次通用旋转组合设计优化豆皮水溶性多糖的提取工艺

摘  要: 利用二次通用旋转组合设计优化豆皮水溶性多糖的提取工艺。在将豆皮进行乙醇回流脱色处理后,根据旋转组合设计原理,在单因素基础上,选定pH值、料液比、提取温度和提取时间为试验因素,以豆皮水溶性多糖得率为目标建立回归数学模型,通过试验结果进行方差分析及对数学模型进行优化得到豆皮水溶性多糖的优化提取条件。试验结果表明,当pH值为5.5、料液比(m/V)为1:25、提取温度为90℃、提取时间68min时,豆皮水溶性多糖的理论得率为10.26%,验证值为10.17%。 The extraction process of water soluble polysacchafide from soybean hull was studied by quadratic general rotary unitized design. After extracting and decolorizing the soybean hull with ethanol, the rotary tmitized design principles were used to design the experimental factors on the basis of single-factors experiments. The regression mathematical model of water soluble polysaccharide yield of soybean hull was established. And the optimum extraction condition was Obtained by variance analysis and the optimization of mathematical model, which were pH value of 5.5, the ratio of solid to liquid(m/V) of 1:25, extraction temperature of 90℃ and extraction time of 68 min. Under those conditions, the highest yield of water soluble polysaccharide of soybean hull reached with estimated value and verified value being of 10.26% and 10.17%, respectively.
