不同变温硫化工艺下轮胎硫化效果分析

摘  要: 运用ANSYS对11.00-20-16PR轮胎建立有限元分析模型,模拟了硫化工艺为恒温、变外温、变内温和变内外温等几种不同情况,比较了各种变温条件对硫化效应的影响。结果表明,在内外温同时变化和只变外温的条件下,轮胎的硫化速度比在变内温和恒温条件下的硫化速度快,但是硫化均匀程度较差;而在恒温和变内温的条件下,硫化均匀程度要好,但是最难硫化点达到正硫化的速度相对较慢,硫化占机时间相对较长。如果充分考虑轮胎的后硫化效应,硫化时间将可大大缩短,硫化均匀程度则会大幅度提高。 By using software ANSYS, we established finite element model of 11.00 -20 - 16PR tire and simulated vulcanization process in different conditions including constant temperature,varying inner temperature and varying outer temperature,and then compared the effect of different conditions. The result showed that the vulcanization rate was faster on the condition of simultaneous change of inner and outer temperature and on the condition of only outer temperature changing,hut the uniform degree was worse;the uniform degree was better on the condition of constant temperature and on the condition of varying inner temperature, however the velocity of the most difficult vulcanization point which can achieve optimum cure was slow and the duration of vulcanization was long. If take continued effect after vulcanization of tire into full consideration, tile duration of vulcanization will be greatly shorten and the uniform degree of vulcanization will improve largly.
