摘　　要： 分析实验教学与人才培养的渐进性过程,通过基础实验培养学生的实践能力,以及开放式实践培养学生的创新能力,并强调加强高质量创新型人才的培养而适度实施精英教育。 Analyses the gradual process of the experimental teaching and the personnel training shallowly, through basic experiment to develop the practical ability of students, and through open experiment to develop the innovative ability of students, and emphasizes that strengthens high-quality innovative personnel training, but appropriately implements elite education.
