摘 要: TiO2纳米管阵列因具有独特的结构和优异的性能而引起人们极大的关注,已成为纳米材料和光催化领域研究的热门课题。针对阳极氧化法,详细论述了TiO2纳米管阵列的制备技术和形成机理,综述了其在光解水制氢、光催化降解污染物及染料敏化太阳电池等领域的应用进展,分析了目前存在的问题,并指出了今后研究的方向。 Titania nanotube arrays have drawn extraordinary attention in recent years due to their distinctive morphology and notable performance, and become a popular subject in nanomaterial photocatalytic fields. According to anodization, the preparation methods and the forming mechanism of TiO2 nanotube arrays on titanium substrate fabricated by anodic oxidation were discussed. The applications of titania nanotube arrays in the photocatalytic generation of hydrogen from water, photocatalytic degradation of organic pollutants and dye-sensitized solar cell were reviewed. Problems in preparation and applications of titania nanotube arrays were suggested for further research.
