摘 要: [目的]研究化学诱变剂对高产纤维素酶生产菌的选育。[方法]以1株绿色木霉(Trichoderma virideF1)为出发菌株,经过亚硝基胍、硫酸二乙酯和氯化锂诱变处理,选育纤维素酶高产菌株生产菌。[结果]经LiCl诱变后,得到1株产酶活力较高的菌株L6,相对酶活较出发菌株提高了35.7%。[结论]化学诱变是诱变微生物、筛选优良菌株的有效手段。 [Objective] The ahn was to study the breeding of high cellulase yielding strain induced by chemical mutagens. [Method] One strain of Trichoderma viride F1 was taken for original strain.Mter treated with NTG ,DES and LiCl,the high cellulase-produchag strain named L6 was bred. [Result] Under suitable conditions, the CMCase activity of L6 increased by 35.7 % compared with that of the original strain . [ Conclusion] Chemical mutation was the effective means to induce microorganism and breed superior strain.
