摘　　要： 静液压传动技术在国内外大型自走式采棉机行走驱动系统上得到了广泛应用。为此,介绍了静液压传动的典型结构和3种容积调速回路的调速特性;分析了采棉机静液压传动系统的主要组成部分、工作原理及保证系统正常工作的辅助功能,并在此基础上总结了采棉机静液压传动的特点;最后,结合新疆地区采棉机使用现状,对国内发展采棉机静液压传动技术提出一些建议,希望加强该技术的理论研究与实际应用。 Hydrostatic transmission technology has been extensively used in driving system of self - propelled cotton picker at home and abroad. This article introduces typical structure of hydrostatic transmission and characteristics of three kinds of speed regulating circuit with volume. It also summarizes the feature of hydrostatic transmission through the analysis of main components, working principle and auxiliary function of hydrostatic transmission of cotton picker. Lastly, the article offers some advices on the domestic development of hydrostatic transmission technique of cotton picker, which aims to reinforce its theoretical research and practical application.
