枣果中三萜类化合物提取工艺研究

摘  要: 为建立枣果中三萜类物质的最佳提取体系,对枣果中三萜类物质进行了索氏、热回流、冷浸、超声4种提取方法的筛选,并对90%甲醇、95%乙醇、石油醚3种提取溶剂进行了比较。结果表明:90%甲醇提出率较高,最佳提取方法为超声法。通过正交试验法对乙醇超声提取枣果中三萜类物质的多重条件进行了优选,得到最佳的试验条件为85%乙醇,振荡45 min,固液比(重量体积比)1:15,提取4次。在4个因素中,固液比对提取效率影响最大。 The proper method for extracting triterpenoids from the fruit of chinese jujube (Ziziphus jujuba Mill. ) was determined through comparing 4 kinds of extraction methods, including Soxhlet, thermal refluxing, petroleum ether and ultrasonic, and three kinds of solvents, i.e. 90 % methanol, 95 % ethanol, and petroleum ether. The results showed that the best solvent is methanol, and the optimal method is ultrasonic extraction. The conditions of ultrasonic extraction using alcohol as solvent were optimized by orthogonal design. The optimized extraction conditions were as follows: 85 % alcohol, extraction four times, each time 45 minutes, 1:15 (m/V) for the ratio of material to solvent. The ratio of material to solvent was most pivotal to the extraction efficiency among the above four factors.
