摘　　要： 近年来,随着国际货物贸易的迅速增长,国际上大型物流企业进入中国市场,给我国处于竞争劣势的货运代理业带来巨大冲击。因此,如何尽快推动国际货运代理企业转变观念,整合现有资源,改变经营模式,进行体制再造,以全新物流理念发展第三方物流,培育一批具有国际水平的现代国际物流企业不仅是经济全球化带来的国际间竞争的需要,更是对外贸易保持可持续发展的必然要求。 Goods trade increase is in recent years, between nations prompt, while but large-scale logistics enterprise enters the Chinese marketplace on the international, also will certainly give our country the freight factor age being in the inferior position competing to bring about enormous impingement.
