抗生素对非洲菊切花的保鲜效果

摘  要: 以非洲菊黄色系“Golden Gate”品种为试验材料,用由灰黄霉素、土霉素、青霉素、链霉素、利福平及四环素6种抗生素分别配制的不同质量浓度保鲜剂对非洲菊切花进行处理,观察其保鲜效果。结果表明:抗生素能有效地提高和保持切花的鲜质量和花径,增大切花的开放度,促进花枝吸水,保持水分平衡,提高花梗的坚韧度。利福平(30、50mg/L)、链霉素(50mg/L)、四环素(10、30、50mg/L)以及土霉素(10、30、50mg/L)处理的切花瓶插寿命较对照提高3-4d,保鲜效果最好;其他处理的切花瓶插寿命较对照提高1-2d,保鲜效果次之。 A variety of Gerbera jamesonii Bolus called "Golden Gate" was used as experimental materials, and the cut gerbera flowers were treated by different concentrations of antibiotics (Griseofulvin, terramycin, penicillin, streptomycin, rifampicin, tetracycline) to obtain the fresh-keeping effects. Results indicated that antibiotics could effectively keep and promote fresh weight and flower diameter of the cut gerbera flowers, improve opening degree, promote water-absorbing capability, keep water balance, aud enhance footstalk tenacity. The vase-life of the flowers treated by rifampicin (30, 50 mg/L), streptomycin 50 mg/L, tetracycline ( 10, 30, 50mg/L) and terramycin ( 10, 30, 50 mg/L) was prolonged for 3 to 4 days compared with the control, and the fresh-keeping effects were the best. Other treatments could prolong the vase-life of the flowers for 1 to 2 days, and their effects took second place.
