摘 要: 由于用于碳纤维退捻及卷绕的多功能卷绕机工作过程中存在张力波动,对卷装后的碳纤维质量有一定影响,需进行张力控制.运用模糊控制的有关理论,设计了模糊PID控制器,并在Simulink中对工作过程中的张力进行了仿真.仿真结果表明,模糊-PID控制较常规PID控制更有优越性,超调小,响应快,能够满足工艺要求,为后继控制方案的选择提供了理论支持. A multi-function winding machine is used to untwist and wind the carbon fiber. While it working tension vibration appear so that some faults exist on the packaged carbon fiber, so it is necessary to control tension while working. By theories of Fuzzy control, a Fuzzy PID controller is designed and a simulation in Simulink about tension vibration is carried out. The outcome indicates Fuzzy PID is prior to PID, overshoot reduces, response time decreases, and technical requirements can be satisfied, which gives theoretical support for the choices of succeeding control method.
