摘 要: 对在Web的三维虚拟环境中实现的立式铣削加工中心和数控车床的典型加工动作和虚拟交互操作的若干关键技术进行了研究、开发,并构建了基于3DSMAX和VRML的网上三维虚拟展示系统,用户可以基于Web远程,透明地以不同视角浏览数控设备的三维结构、动画演示以及设备局部缩放、移动和旋转,以便详细了解其机械零部件结构、实体形状以及运动工作原理和特征。 Some key technologies are studied for implementing machining processes and typical behaviors within Webbased 3D virtual environments, especially for reaching virtual interactive operations on the machine tools. Consequently, a 3DS MAX and VRML-based virtual exhibition system is developed. It is through the system that users are able to via Web to transparently and remotely browse the CNC machine tools' 3D structures, main features and typical animations from different angles of view. Also, users can scale, move and rotate these equipment for more detailedly learning about the components' structures and features, motion principles and characteristics.
