摘　　要： 生态公益林价值补偿问题是林业市场化改革的难点问题，也是林业界普遍关注的焦点问题，通过对生态公益林的价值分析，提出了生态公益林的价值评估方法和建立生态公益林价值补偿机制的对策分析，为生态公益林的可持续发展提供必要的理论依据． The problem of how to compensate for the value of public ecological forests is one of the difficulties of forestry market reform,also,it is a point to which close attention has been paid by forestry circle.By analyzing the value of public ecological forests,this paper advances a theory to evaluate the value of public ecological forests and the countermeasures to set up a compensating value system of public ecological forests.Moreover,it seeks to establish a theoretical foundation for the sustainable development of public ecological forests.
