N-甲基吡咯烷酮硫酸氢盐催化合成乙酸环己酯
Catalytic synthesis of cyclohexyl acetate by N-methyl pyrrolidone hydrosulfate

摘  要: 以新型离子液体N-甲基吡咯烷酮硫酸氢盐([Hnmp]HSO4)为催化剂,环己烷为带水剂,对乙酸环己酯的酯化反应进行了研究,重点考察了催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间、酸醇摩尔比和带水剂等因素对乙酸环己酯产率的影响。实验结果表明,[Hnmp]HSO4对合成乙酸环己酯有着良好的催化活性,当催化剂用量为环己醇物质的量的1%,乙酸和环己醇的摩尔比为1.4∶1,环己烷为10 mL,油浴温度125℃反应2 h后,乙酸环己酯产率可达90%以上,且催化剂重复使用6次仍保持较高活性。腐蚀性实验表明,[Hnmp]HSO4对不锈钢的腐蚀率为0.015 2 g·m-2·h-1。 The esterification of cyclohexanol and acetic acid with N - methyl pyrrolidone hydrosulfate as catalyst and cyclohexane as azeotropic water stripping agent was studied. The effects of different factors such as the dosage of catalyst, reaction temperature, reaction time, molar ratio of acid to alcohol and the water stripping agent were investigated. The results showed that N -methyl pyrrolidone hydrosulfate exhibits excellent catalytic activity. When the dosage of catalyst based on alcohol is 1%, the molar ratio of acetic acid to cyclohexanol is 1.4: 1, the dosage of cyclohexane is 10 mL, the reaction temperature is 125 ℃ (of oil bath) for 2 h, the yield of cyclohexyl acetate is higher than 90%. The catalyst can be reused for six times without significant yield declining. Corrosion test showed that the corrosion rate of stainless steel in N - methyl pyrrolidone hydrosulfate is 0. 015 2 g·m^-2·h^-1.
