摘 要: 采用灰化法处理样品,HNO3溶解灰化残渣,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定莶草、牛筋草、马齿苋、一点红、长春花、龙葵、叶下珠等7种清热解毒中草药中的K,Ca,Mg,Zn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu和Mn共9种矿质元素.结果显示各种草药元素的含量高低顺序基本一致,但是含量有很大的差异.7种中草药中9种矿质元素含量分别是:钾109.4-10.34 g/kg;钙22.93-1.47 g/kg,镁7.75-0.93 g/kg,锌194-36.8 mg/kg,铁371-50.5 mg/kg,钴59.6-6.5 mg/kg,镍50.1-9.1 mg/kg,铜26.3-8.6 mg/kg,锰243-37.4 mg/kg. Chinese traditional herbal drugs for relieving away heat and toxic from three different region were treated with cineration, and the residues were dissolved by HNO3. Nine mineral elements including potassium, calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, cobalt, nickel, copper, and manganese in seven sample solutions were determined by/lame atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed the content of sequence of the various elements are basically the same herbs, but there is a great difference in the content. The content of nine kinds of mineral element in seven Chinese traditional herbal drugs are bellow: K 109.4 - 10.34 g/kg, Ca 22.93 - 1.47 g/kg, Mg 7.75 - 0.93 g/kg, Zn 194 - 36.8 mg/kg, Fe 371 - 50.5 mg/kg, Co 59.6 - 6.5 mg/kg, Ni 50.1 - 9.1 mg/kg, Cu 26.3 - 8.6 mg/kg, Mn 243 - 37.4 mg/kg.
