摘 要: 实验采用铜绿微囊藻(Microcystis aeruginosa),对其在不同氮、磷质量浓度的人工培养基中进行培养,研究不同氮磷比对藻类生长的影响。结果表明,氮磷营养盐在藻类生长过程中是重要的影响因子。在不同磷质量浓度条件下,藻类生长的最佳条件是ρp=0.07mg·L-1,且在磷质量浓度大于0.07mg·L-1时,藻类生长状况要优于磷质量浓度小于0.07mg·L-1时。在不同氮磷比条件下,藻类最佳生长条件为氮磷比等于40:1,藻类生长取决于氮的质量浓度。藻类生长对pH有重要影响。去除过量的氮磷等营养元素是防治湖泊富营养化的重要方法。 Microcystis aeruginosa was cultivated in nutrient medium which contain different concentrations of nitrogen and phosphorus. The relationship between algal growth and the nitrogen and phosphorus concentrations were investigated. Experimental results indicate that nitrogen and phosphorus are the significant influencing factors on the algal growth. In the different phosphorus concentrations, the optimum value for algae grew is 0.07 mg·L^-1 and algae grew better at phosphorus concentration more than 0.07 mg·L^-1 than less than it. In the different nitrogen and phosphorus concentrations, the optimum N/P ratio for algae grew is 40:1 and the growth of algal depend on the nitrogen concentration. The growth of algal have great influence on pH. We conclud the way to prevent eutrophication is to remove excessive dissolved nitrogen and phosphorus.
