摘　　要： 为满足高速轴承的设计与故障分析的需要,开发了具有自动化专家水平的快速设计与故障分析的高速滚动轴承专家系统。在载航空动力传输系统和通用机械动力传输系统中轴承设计和故障分析的应用表明,该专家系统具有用户界面友好、操作方便、运算速度快、功能易于扩宽和一体化程度高等特点,达到了在专家水平上自动化地进行轴承的快速设计与故障分析。 To meet the needs of the design and fault analysis of the high-speed rolling bearings at, an expert system has been developed.It has many characteristics,for example,a user-friendly face,easy operation,rapid computing,functionality widening and integrating.The applications in the power transmis-sion system of the navigation and the generic mechanics show that the expert system can design bearing and analyse faults rapidly and automatically at the expert level.
