摘　　要： 我们对冷藏食品的包装进行了广泛的调查，并对冷藏链中包装的作用进行了静态试验与装车过程的动态试验，得到了有益的结论。 We investigated the present situation of package of prishable food,and carried out the static and dynamic experiments in order to study the effects of package in Cold-Chain.The conclusions will be of some directive value.
