摘 要: 创意人才是创意竞争时代的宝贵资源。企业应根据创意人才的成长规律和创意生产方式的特性,将营销元素融入企业内部的人才管理,把创意人才视为内部顾客,营造激发创造力的工作氛围,提供满足员工多样化需要的人才管理服务,提升企业软实力。 Creative talents are the invaluable resou rces in the age of creative competition, Organizations should introduce marketing concept into talents management, based on the growth patterns of creative talents and the features of ideas generation. It is argued that creative organizations should treat talents as internal customers, nurture an effective creative climate, and satisfy employees' diversified demands by talent management service, so as to enhance the organizations' competitive edge.
