摘　　要： 目前学术界对于志愿行动的研究主要集中在学生志愿者这一主体,对于企业这一参与主体的研究较少。本文以东莞为个案,研究企业参与志愿行动的功能和参与模式,为扩大企业参与志愿行动规模和深化其社会影响提出了相关建议。 At present the academic community on voluntary action of the study was the development of voluntary action, the overall situation,includingorganizationalstr ucture, operational modes, for voluntary participation in the study was the main focus on young volunteers, especially students groups, for enterprises to participate in voluntary acti＇on on also relatively small. This article from enterprises to participate in voluntary action, such as the manner and content, the study enterprises to participate in the function of voluntary action and participation, to expand the scale of enterprises to participate in voluntary action and deepen its social impact of the relevant recommendations.
