摘 要: 采用半连续种子乳液聚合的方法制备了核壳结构的室温自交联丙烯酸酯乳液。研究了功能单体双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)的用量对聚合稳定性、涂膜硬度、吸水率、水分挥发速率的影响,并对自交联体系的成膜过程进行了初步探索。用傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)对交联反应进行了表征。研究了不同的中和剂以及中和度对交联反应的影响,确定采用氨水作中和剂将乳液中和至pH值7-8时,既可以保证乳液的贮存稳定性,又可以在成膜时很好地进行交联反应。 The title self crosslinkable core - shell arylic emulsion cured at ambient temperature were synthesized by semi - continuous seed emulsion polymerization. The crosslinking reaction was characterized by FT - IR. The influence of the amount of functional monomer DAAM on the stability, film hardness, water absorption and vaporation speed of water was investigated, and the process of film formation was discussed. The influence of neutralizing agent on the reaction rate of crosslinking was also studied. Experiment results showed that when ammonia was used to adjust pH value to 7 - 8, the emulsion could have good storage sta- bility and fast crosslinking.
