摘　　要： 根据多波耦合理论，首次提出正交分区掩膜曝光方法，即重叠正交Ｂｒａｇｇ光栅方法．在全息干版上制备二维蝶互连器件，这一互连器件的研制成功，将为光计算、光通信、光信息处理技术提供新的途径． According to mutli-wave theory,the method of fabricating 2D free-space Butterfly optical interconnection on holographic plate by dividing the area to expose with mask was presented.It will give a new way to the technology of optical computing,optical communication,optical information processing,etc.
