摘 要: 燃煤电厂烟气含氧量的准确测量对实现燃烧系统的闭环控制和优化运行具有重要的意义。分析了烟气含氧量测量方法的现状,传统的氧量分析仪存在一些问题,给出了软测量建模技术的一般理论和方法,讨论了烟气含氧量的软测量方法,包括机理分析、统计回归分析、神经网络、支持向量机等建模方法。由于单一测量方法均存在缺点,两种以上测量方法相混合的烟气含氧量技术已被使用,它也是烟气含氧量测量的发展趋势。 The accurate measurement of oxygen content in flue gas of coal-fired power plant has significant meaning for the realization of combustion system's closed-loop control and optimization running. The measuring methods of oxygen content in flue gases are analyzed; the conventional oxygen content analyzers have several problems. The general theories and the methods of soft-sensing modeling technique are presented, the software measuring methods of oxygen content in flue gas are discussed, these modeling methods include mechanism analysis, statistical regression analysis, neural network, support vector machine, etc. Because each measuring method has its disadvantages, the mixed measuring method, which includes the last two measuring methods, has been used in measurement of oxygen content, it also is the development tendency of measurement of oxygen content.
